Silka provides complete support to mothers and families before, during and after childbirth, including fee interview, prenatal visits, professional birth planning, continuous, labor support, breastfeeding support and birth story. Also available for pre and post natal massage in the comfort and privacy of your own home and premier postpartum and infant care.
Silka was born and grew up in West Germany where she learned physical therapy. Specialized training combined with the experience of her own pregnancies and natural deliveries of her three children has given her the expertise and sensitivity needed to care for pregnant women and their families.
She is a DONA certified doula. She speaks English and German.
