I provide: -Complementary initial interview to get to know each other. -3 pre-natal meetings to go over questions, concerns, wants, needs and birth plan.During that time I teach positioning, relaxation techniques, massage, and use of aromatherapy. -24 hour phone and email support 3 weeks prior to your due date till birth. -Access to all my books and DVDs to enhance your birth education. -labor and delivery support throughout the ENTIRE labor from start to finish and up to 2 hours after birth to make sure your all settling in. -Lactation support -Birth and/or after birth pictures and/or video. -Post-natal visit 1 week after baby is born to check on mom and baby. -Continuous support after post visit. You are always welcome to call, text or email me! -Also do belly casting during one of the pre-natal visits if interested.
