| My experience is as a Postpartum Doula, providing a wide variety of professional and personal services.
I am a certified lactation councelor (CLC) specializing in: successful breastfeeding techniques, strategies and infant feeding cues. I believe a mother and baby need time for recuperating, breastfeeding, and bonding. These require time and I assist in the other areas of life. Such services are: excellent cooking and meal planning, care of multiples and siblings as well as pets. I also grocery shop, run errands, take mom and baby to appointments, assist with breastfeeding, and baby care. My credentials include 16 years experience as a postpartum doula and previously taught preschool at The Center For Early Education for 6 years and have two childresn of my own. I've been seen on local TV News and extensively featured in Dr. Marshall Klaus' new book: The Doula Book. |
