Profile Information:	Hi! My name is Lyndell Castro. I was born and raised in San Diego, California. I have been married since 2004 and have two amazing sons. After the birth of my first son, I became heavily involved in the attachment and natural parenting community. I started hearing a lot about placenta encapsulation and became intrigued. For the birth of my second son, I chose to do a waterbirth at home and was so excited to get my placenta encapsulated. Being able to take my placenta capsules made a huge difference in my postpartum recovery! I had more energy and felt much more emotionally stable. My passion for placentophogy grew and I decided to become a Placenta Encapsulation Specialist through Placenta Benefits. I find the research about placenta ingestion absolutely fascinating.
