Generally I meet with couples twice.   In addition to the above preparation, we discuss breastfeeding, infant procedures, and standard birth provider practices.    I share my knowledge as a doula to help you during this centering, changing, soulful time.    Your body, your partner, and your ability to birth your baby can feel to you like something new yet exciting; challenging, but totally do-able.  

I am certified through ALACE, and have a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley, where I focused in women's issues, and team-taught a class for women.
