I believe that birth is a natural, beautiful, and amazing experience. When I attend your birth I believe wholeheartedly that it is YOUR birth and YOUR experience and that my job is to support you and your partner through this experience in a loving, caring, and compassionate manner. I am a DONA trained and certified labor Doula. I have experience supporting women and their partners through non-medicated as well as medicated births, successful VBACS, inductions, and teen pregnancies. I will provide you with continuous physical support through massage, aroma therapy, birth ball, position changes, breathing, and music starting in your home and continuing until after you have successfully brought your little one into this world. In addition to this physical support I also offer you informational support from my personal knowledge and resources throughout your labor and delivery. I am also a Birthing from Within mentor.

In addition to my labor services, I am also a highly trained and experienced postpartum Doula. I am aware that bringing a newborn home can be an overwhelming experience. I am committed to making this transition a joyous and worry-free experience for you, your family, and most importantly your baby. I have experience with single infants as well as multiples (twins and triplets). I specialize in overnight care and have an extremely flexible schedule.
